Welcome

I am Helen Collins and I am the UKBFF Fitness Champion 2007.

I live in Torquay Devon, and work at the best gym in the world, Winners 2000 Fitness Limited, with the best colleagues in the world.

I coach around 100 clients right now, of all ages, shapes and sizes, both men and women.

I also run a junior project, Lions, coaching children from age 7-16, teaching them about food, first aid, exercises, health and safety, the lot.

I love my career, I wouldn’t want to do anything else.
